Terms and Conditions
General Terms of Sale and Use for our industrial services.
Last updated: February 2026
1. Preamble and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) automatically apply to all commercial relations, engineering works, steel construction, industrial piping, LPG installations, and fire protection equipment governed by Armo Maroc (hereinafter referred to as "The Service Provider" or "ARMO").
The Client acknowledges having read these conditions prior to placing any order or signing a contract. Any signature of a quote implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
2. Commitments and Obligations of the Service Provider
ARMO undertakes to perform the ordered works and services in accordance with professional standards, current Moroccan and international norms (NFPA, APSAD, API, etc.), and the technical dossier validated by the Client.
- Compliance with technical specifications for manufacturing and installation.
- Compliance with execution deadlines as stipulated in the approved schedule.
- Quality guarantee on materials and equipment provided, supported by their certificates of origin.
3. Obligations of the Client
For the proper execution of the works, the Client undertakes to provide in a timely manner:
- All technical data, plans, and authorizations necessary for the project realization (Architectural plans, preliminary studies).
- Access to the intervention site under the conditions required for our teams' safety.
- Compliance with payment deadlines defined in the contract or purchase order.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
The prices of our services are indicated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) excluding taxes. The applicable VAT is the one in force on the billing date.
Unless specific derogating agreement stipulated on the contract, payment of deposit and work progress invoices is due 30 days from their issuance date.
5. Warranties and After-Sales Service
ARMO guarantees its industrial structures and installations (construction, fire systems, LPG, piping) against any construction defect and assembly fault during the legal warranty period defined for each type of market.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear resulting from operation, nor damage related to abnormal use or non-compliance with recommended maintenance rules.
6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
All plans, technical studies, drawings, calculations, and 3D models produced by ARMO's engineering office remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company. They cannot be communicated to third parties without ARMO's written consent.
7. Force Majeure
ARMO's obligations will be suspended in the event of a force majeure case as recognized by Moroccan jurisprudence (national strikes, natural disasters, exceptional maritime delays for imported equipment, etc.).
8. Disputes and Competent Jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute or litigation arising from the interpretation or execution of these conditions, an amicable resolution will always be favored. Failing an agreement, the Commercial Court of Casablanca will have exclusive jurisdiction.
